Biofuel Feedstock Supplier & Exporter — Malaysia

The full SafOil range of waste-based and residual oil feedstock — used cooking oil, animal fats, palm residues and vegetable acid oils — for biodiesel, renewable diesel and SAF producers worldwide.

SafOil is a Malaysia-based biofuel feedstock supplier and exporter, offering a full range of waste-based and residual oils for the global renewable-fuels industry. From used cooking oil and animal fats to palm residues and vegetable acid oils, we supply biodiesel (FAME), renewable diesel (HVO) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) producers across Europe, North America and Asia — every consignment lab-tested before loading, with a certificate of analysis per batch and ISCC-aligned traceability.

The full feedstock range

Rather than specialising in a single stream, SafOil offers a portfolio that lets refiners consolidate sourcing with one traceable partner:

  • Used Cooking Oil (UCO) — filtered waste cooking oil, standard and low-FFA premium grades.
  • Tallow — rendered animal fat (Cat 1 / Cat 3) for FAME and HVO processing.
  • Fish oil — residual and waste-grade marine lipid feedstock.
  • PFAD — high-FFA palm refining co-product, bulk export volumes.
  • POME & EFB oil — Annex IX advanced palm residues, double-counting eligible under RED II.
  • SBEO & vegetable acid oils — soya, cottonseed and rice bran acid oils plus spent bleaching earth oil.

Built for procurement teams that can't take risks

Refiners buy feedstock on three things: consistency, certification and clean paperwork. SafOil is built around all three.

Reliable grade, every batch

Standardised processing and per-batch testing mean the spec you contract is the spec you receive — shipment after shipment, not just on the first parcel.

Certification-ready supply

ISCC-aligned, RED II–compatible documentation with full chain of custody, so your feedstock counts toward your sustainability targets and mass-balance reporting. Where a material qualifies as an advanced or waste-based feedstock, we provide the documentation to support that classification.

Door-to-port logistics

Flexitank, ISO tank or bulk vessel, FOB or CIF. A dedicated trade and logistics desk manages documentation and shipping end to end, so the cargo arrives discharge-ready with the paperwork complete.

From supplier to certified cargo

Our four-stage chain keeps feedstock compliant and documentation audit-ready. We source from a vetted network of suppliers and processors across Malaysia and the region; quality-check and, where needed, process material to target FFA and moisture grades; verify with an independent lab COA per batch and full chain-of-custody documentation; and export in flexitanks, ISO tanks or bulk vessels, FOB or CIF to your port of choice.

Global reach

SafOil ships where demand is: the European Union, driven by RED II and RED III demand from biodiesel and HVO refiners; North America, where renewable diesel and SAF producers operate under LCFS and RFS programmes; and East and South Asia, where oleochemical and biofuel buyers seek steady, traceable supply.

Frequently asked questions

What feedstocks can I source from SafOil?

The full range: used cooking oil, tallow, fish oil, PFAD, POME oil, EFB oil, spent bleaching earth oil and vegetable acid oils (soya, cottonseed, rice bran) — for biodiesel, renewable diesel and SAF production.

Which markets do you export to?

Biodiesel and HVO refiners in the European Union, renewable diesel and SAF producers in North America under LCFS and RFS programmes, and oleochemical and biofuel buyers across East and South Asia.

Can I consolidate multiple feedstocks with one supplier?

Yes — that is a core reason refiners work with us. A single traceable partner across UCO, palm residues and acid oils simplifies sourcing, documentation and logistics.
